This year, students from Le College Bilingue de Dakar (LCB) have decided to join the 'GLOBAL SOCIAL LEADER' competition.For our project we have chosen *No poverty*.When we realized how disconcertingly normal it has now become to see homeless people (mainly kids, women, and disabled people) begging for money on the street, we decided to choose this issue for our project. Some children are forced to work instead of going to school. Our team believes that the best way out of poverty is education, it can open the door to jobs, resources, and skills that a family needs to not just survive, but thrive. Our goals are to spread awareness, help people in need and open the door to change. In order to make our vision come to life, we have planned many projects. We created a website as well as several social media accounts on different platforms to make it easier for people to stay updated and contribute to our project.
Butterflies are nature's angels. They remind us what a gift it is to be alive.
